But there's some business out there that relies on 1 customer or 1 lead generation system, which is basically the same principle, it's stupid. So why do so many people think that's a good way to run their business?

Your business should be impenetrable, it should have so many backup options that no big event could ever even make a dent in it.

but if you relied on only 1 thing, and that was taken away see how now your business would be screwed. That's why you never let 1 person or 1 thing hold up your entire business, you need to turn your business into an impenetrable fort.

This should be the rule in every aspect of your business, especially if maybe you just have 1 person running a process, as all it takes is for them to quit or get ill and BOOM that whole process is down, it's not a viable way to run a business, it's basically asking the universe to screw you over.

So to solve this all you need to do is look over everything in your business, and find where the possible cracks in your armour are and seal them up, which would be to make sure you have at least 2 people or methods on any important processes of your business.
